Indigenous Film Festival. A Hawaiian film sponsored in part by Pi'ilani Hawaiian Civic Club: Na Kamalei: The Men of Hula, Lisette Marie Flanary, dir. (2007). This film will be presented at Vance Brand Civic Auditorium, 600 E. Mountain View Ave, Longmont at 11:30 am and 6:30 pm on Sunday, October 12, 2008, as part of the Colorado Aloha Festival. Join us! Thanks to all who helped out at the Dragon Boat Festival, July 26-27, 2008, and all those who helped with the Cecilio and Kapono concert, Sept. 17, 2008.

Hawaiian Language Classes ended for the spring on May 28, 2008. Contact Andy Cowell at cowellj@colorado.edu or 303-543-7504. Classes are at the house of Leina'ala Haley in Northglenn, and start back in the fall.
